Precision Tube Production

Our experienced engineers and technicians manufacture our tubing products by welded and drawn method. This process involves roll-forming stainless steel strip stock and undergoing a Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process. TIG welding is a universally used high quality welding process where precision welding is required.

The tubes are progressively drawn through dies and plugs to achieve the final dimensions and finishes of the product. Further drawing to achieve smaller diameter is possible by annealing the tube. The different physical properties are developed by carefully controlling the reduction process.

This method produces tubes of high quality and is a very cost-effective process that enables us to offer clients competitive price ranges. M&M International now offers seamless stainless steel tubing. For inquiries please contact a sales associate.
