    Results-driven senior corporate executive with 20+ years of multifaceted executive business leadership across biotechnology, medical devices, and pharmaceutical industries. Jeff has developed and executed new startup technologies and businesses, championed technical innovation, and managed risk to drive expansion in rapidly growing and competitive healthcare markets.

    Prior to joining M&M International, Jeff served as COO of Solesis LLC and President of each of its portfolio companies: The Secant Group LLC, Charter Medical LLC, Polyzen LLC and SanaVita Medical LLC.

    As a finance leader with over 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Manufacturing industries, Ed balances an analytical approach with a collaborative, big-picture mindset. He is focused on driving growth while maintaining the profitability of the business. With experience at Fortune 500, small start-ups, and Private Equity backed organizations, Ed brings vast knowledge and a positive learning mindset to the Executive team. His prior experience includes leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Life Science start-ups, and Solesis Medical.

    A results-driven sales professional and senior executive with a diverse background across multiple industries, Chris excels at building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships that help companies achieve their goals and succeed. With a foundation in leadership and business strategy, he has successfully navigated commercial leadership roles in industries such as consumer products and telecommunications. Chris brings valuable insights and proven acumen from his experience, making him a versatile leader for M&M international.
